Toemon SANO (佐野藤右衛門) is one of the professional name of the gardener in Kyoto.
He currently manages Ninna-ji Temple’s garden and Katsura Imperial Villa and Shugakuin Imperial Villa.
So, he is certainly the professional of gardener and cherry trees in Kyoto.
