In this museum, you can know the history of “instant noodles” which is the invention of the meal that Japan is proud of.
In addition, you can do a handmade experience of “cupnoodle” and “chicken ramen”.

1.About Cup Noodles Museum

The Momofuku Ando Instant Ramen Museum opened in 1999.
This is a bronze statue of Momofuku Ando who is a parent of the chicken ramen. (○´艸｀)
You can know the history of the cupnoodle.
The package of a lot of instant noodles is exhibited here. d(*ﾟーﾟ*)
The secret of the cupnoodle has been screened in the mini theater. (○´艸｀)
You can borrow an audio guides.(English/Chinese)
In this museum, there are a lot of goods of “Hiyokochan” who is a mascot character of the chicken ramen.
You can eat various kinds of instant noodles in the tasting room.
2.Details and reservation method of Chicken Ramen Factory
You can handcraft chicken ramen in the Chicken Ramen Factory.
This factory must be booked in advance. Let’s make a reservation by all means.
It is about 90 minutes.
Fee:500 yen(More than junior high school students), 300 yen(More than elementary school students)

There is the chicken ramen factory in 2F of the museum.
You wear an original bandana and apron.（You can get this bandana finally.）
The making of chicken ramen begins!!
At first, you make the ramen dough.
You roll out the dough to the required thickness, and ferment it at room temperature for about 20 minutes. (○´艸｀)
While you wait for fermentation of the ramen dough, you design your original package.
You cut the ramen dough and give it chicken taste.
The noodles are fried in an exclusive fryer.(The museum staff performs the operation of the fryer.)
You put noodles in the package which oneself designed and seal it.
It’s all done!!
You can get the bandana, too.
3.Details of “My Cup Noodle Factory”
You can handcraft Cup Noodles in the “My Cup Noodle Factory”.
The reservation is unnecessary.
The fee is 300 yen.
There is the “My Cup Noodle Factory” in 1F of the museum.
The reservation is unnecessary.
You draw the unique painting in the package of cup noodles.
You choose ingredients and taste of the soup of the ramen.
You close the cap and seal it. It’s all done!!
You package it with air.
