In Japan, a lot of illuminations events are held every year at cold season!

This time, I went to “Kyoto-illumiere”. This event is ranked # 1 by the ranking of the Kansai event information site of Japan. d(*ﾟーﾟ*)

You can watch artificial aurora and projection mapping as well as illuminations by this event.

The name called Kyoto is included, but you can go from Osaka.

This event is crowded very much on Sunday on Saturday, but weekdays are relatively not crowded. The event venue there also have a hot spring facilities and accommodations.

In the end of winding mountain path, lights shows up in a sudden. That’s Kyoto illumiere.
